We strive to charge a fair fee for our work.  We track the time spent on your matter and apply a reasonable hourly rate for all services performed.  The rate depends on the novelty and difficulty of the questions involved, and the skill needed to  perform the legal service properly.  We also consider the fee customarily charged in the area, the time limitations and requirements, the amount involved, the nature and length of our professional relationship with you, the experience, reputation and ability of the lawyers and staff performing the services and other factors. We will always use a written fee agreement or shortly after our firm is engaged, provide you with a statement explaining how your fee will be calculated and our billing practices.
